Prompt Horizon – Issue #1: AI-Assisted Content Creation
Mastering AI in marketing, one prompt at a time.
EDITOR’S NOTE
Hello and welcome to the very first issue of Prompt Horizon! 👋🏻
I'm Alex Lielacher, and I'm thrilled you've joined me on this journey exploring the rapidly evolving intersection of AI and marketing.
As someone who's spent years in the search marketing trenches, particularly for Bitcoin and Web3 brands, I’m witnessing every day how AI is transforming our industry.
What I’m most pumped about isn't just how much time AI saves us (though that's pretty sweet), but how it's opening doors to creativity we couldn't have imagined before. The tools we'll explore together aren't just about automating, they're changing what's possible for all of us marketers.
In this first issue, we're looking at AI content creation tools that are making waves in 2025.
You'll find actionable insights, practical tool recommendations, and real-world case studies that demonstrate tangible results.
While I still prefer human-written content (maybe cause I’m old :), we’re starting to step into an era where most content we’ll see on the Internet will have been created with AI assistance, be it videos, images, or words.
So let's explore this new horizon together! 🌅

PS: You’re receiving this newsletter because you’ve signed up for my previous newsletter, Thriving Digitally, which I have sunset to launch Prompt Horizon. If you aren’t interested in how you can use AI to improve your marketing, feel free to unsubscribe. I won’t take it personally. 😉

THIS WEEK'S PROMPT 🤖
An Actionable AI Prompt for Content Gap Analysis
Here's a prompt you can use today with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants to improve your marketing content ⬇️
“Analyze the content gap for [your product/service] in the [your industry] market.
First, identify the top 5 questions potential customers are likely asking before purchasing.
Then, for each question:
Outline a 500-word article that addresses this question
Include three specific data points or statistics that would strengthen the argument
Suggest a compelling headline that would drive clicks while accurately representing the content
Recommend two relevant keywords to target for SEO
Finally, prioritize these content pieces based on which would likely have the biggest impact on conversion rates.”
This prompt helps you quickly identify content opportunities that directly address your customers' needs. The beauty is that it works for any industry, from crypto to cosmetics.
What makes this prompt powerful is how it connects content directly to the customer journey.
Instead of creating content for content's sake, you're focusing on answering the specific questions that move prospects closer to a purchase decision.
Try running this prompt for your business, then take the AI's suggestions and add your unique expertise and brand voice before publishing. The combination of AI efficiency and your human touch creates content that both ranks and resonates.

CASE STUDY: How ClickUp Boosted Blog Traffic by 85% with AI 📈
Challenge ✋🏼
ClickUp's content team was struggling to scale its blog production while maintaining quality and SEO performance. They needed to publish more content to compete in the crowded productivity space, but their manual processes couldn't keep up.
Solution 🚀
The team implemented a hybrid AI content strategy using SurferSEO's AI tools to:
Identify high-performing keywords with real traffic potential
Structure content for maximum SEO impact using AI-generated outlines
Scale production by having writers collaborate with AI tools
Optimize existing content using AI-powered recommendations
What made their approach stand out was how they maintained their brand voice.
Rather than letting AI generate entire articles, they used it to handle research and structure while human writers added expertise, stories, and personality.
Results 📈
85% increase in organic, non-branded traffic
150+ new articles published in their initial campaign
130+ existing articles optimized with AI recommendations
Significant improvement in keyword rankings across target terms
Key Takeaways ✅
AI works best as a collaborator, not a replacement. ClickUp's writers used AI for research and structure but added their own expertise and voice.
Start with strategy, not content generation. They used AI to identify opportunities first, then create content, not the other way around.
Optimize existing content before creating new pieces. Some of their biggest wins came from using AI to improve articles they'd already published.
Maintain editorial oversight. Every piece still went through human editors who ensured the content matched ClickUp's voice and standards.

WRAPPING UP 🌯
This week's challenge: Take one piece of content you're working on and identify the "only you can say this" parts.
What unique perspectives, stories, or insights can you add that no AI could generate? Make those elements the star of the show, then use AI to handle the rest.
I'd love to hear how you're balancing AI efficiency with your brand's human touch.
